A Little About Me

I'm a mom, grandma, lifelong learner, and proud "Dog Mom," with a background rooted in health, family, and caring for others. Growing up on a farm with a farmer/mechanic dad and a nurse mom sparked my early interest in both human and animal health. I began my career in nursing before becoming a Flight Attendant in 1981—a journey that has allowed me to experience different cultures, perspectives, and ways of living.

Today, I'm passionate about finding more natural, meaningful ways to support wellness and longevity. I care deeply about helping family, friends, and others in my community discover tools and possibilities that can help them Live Well & Live Longer.

I am so happy that I was introduced to this technology. My stamina has slowly but continually increased since I started wearing this technology over a year ago. My hair is better. My skin is better. My nails are stronger. My cognition is better and I know this because right away I started reading fiction which I have never done in my entire life.

I finished two books last summer. And I keep reading. My eyesight has also improved. My nutritionist was supporting me with supplements for macular degeneration as I do have that in my family history. Last fall, she tested me and said, "Hey I’ve never taken anybody off of these supplements, but you don’t need them anymore." That’s exciting!
